How it works

  1. Register your company with its legal name, CIPC registration number and registration certificate.
  2. We verify your company. Pending companies cannot publish jobs.
  3. Post roles with days, times, hours per week and an hourly rate at or above the National Minimum Wage.
  4. Review and hire. Shortlist applicants, keep private notes and update applicants by email.

Your responsibilities

You are the employer. You contract with and pay the people you hire directly and remain responsible for BCEA working-time rules, UIF and PAYE. Applicant information may be used only for recruitment, as set out in the Company Terms.
